Introduction

According to Paul's teaching, a Gentile is one who is without Yeshua messiah. He was speaking to the proselytes, newly converted and in the same assembly with the Jews.

It is important to always remember the New Testament was not completed in the moment that Paul taught this. He always spoke from the perspective of the Tanakh, also known as the Old Testament.

This is what happens when a Gentile embraces the Torah; they become a citizen of the nation of Israel and a participant of the Covenant of the Promise. 

But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.​
